Role OverviewThis position trains and supervises Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks. The role involves developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers, and ensuring all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include facilitating training, conducting and participating in group meetings, coordinating evaluations, and determining best solutions for package concerns.

Requirements
