Part-Time Production Associate - Highlands Ranch Store

Requirements

• Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares, etc.)
• Hang, size and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor
• Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition
• Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (good, better, best)
• Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean
• Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed
• Rotate or pull old or unsold product in a timely manner from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary
