Job Description
At Colibri, culture is a critical part of our collective success, and we live our values every day. We are seeking part-time Real Estate Instructors to instruct in-person and online courses for our Scottsdale and Glendale, Arizona campuses.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or as an attorney
Active Arizona Real Estate license (salesperson or broker)
Prior experience teaching pre-license or continuing education courses in AZ
Computer with an HD camera and microphone
Quiet, dedicated office space with strong internet connection
Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom
Livestream teaching experience
DREI certification
Experience or qualifications in the areas of law, finance, or appraisal for those specific courses
