Job Description
Colibri is seeking a part-time Real Estate Instructor to teach pre-license and continuing education courses in English and Spanish. The instructor will conduct training sessions via Zoom and promote other Gold Coast programs and products to students.
Requirements
Possess and maintain a Florida Real Estate Instructors permit
Possess extensive knowledge of the course material
Possess significant knowledge and understanding of Florida real estate laws and industry practices
Ability to teach classroom and livestream students via Zoom
Effective public speaking and communication to adults of all ages
Ability to understand and teach real estate math concepts
Ability and willingness to teach a minimum of 3 different real estate courses
Be willing to teach evening, weekends, and weekdays
