Role Overview

The Part-Time Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment by answering incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support.

What You Will Do

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, welcome visitors, receive and sort mail, maintain the reception area, assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or office support experience preferred

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
