Part-time Residential House Cleaning in San Antonio

We are seeking part-time residential house cleaners in San Antonio and surrounding areas. The houses are located in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. The schedule varies by house and hours are fixed. This is a permanent position. Each candidate will be assigned 1-3 houses. The pay is very good, $85-$145 per cleaning.

What You Will Do

The essential duties and responsibilities include sweeping or vacuuming and/or damp mopping hard surface floors and carpeted floors, dusting work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces, wiping down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc., cleaning restrooms, replenishing supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen, cleaning entrance glass and other interior glass, removing trash from containers and replacing torn or soiled liners, reporting building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor, arriving to work at scheduled time, performing services to established standards, and insuring the client's facility is locked and secured when finished and leaving.

• Ability to sweep or vacuum and/or damp mop hard surface floors and carpeted floors

• Ability to wipe down walls and woodwork, doors, wall hangings, baseboards, etc.
• Ability to clean restrooms, replenish supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen
• Ability to clean entrance glass and other interior glass
• Ability to remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
• Ability to report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor
• Ability to arrive to work at scheduled time, perform services to established standards, and insure the client's facility is locked and secured when finished and leaving
• Ability to respond positively and promptly to customer work orders
• Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks, use of products or supplies, and incident reporting
