Role OverviewAs a part-time Rooftop Bartender at Kimpton, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a professional and courteous manner. You will act as an advocate for the bar/restaurant, create personal experiences for guests, and develop relationships with guests to compel them to return. You will work in a dynamic and exceptional work environment that is quirky, irreverent, exciting, and empowering.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include preparing and serving drinks, serving food and beverages, greeting and welcoming guests, and maintaining cooperative communication with support crew and management. You will also be responsible for filling and cleaning ice bins, cleaning and emptying trash cans, changing kegs, and stocking beer and wine coolers.
