Job Description
Allen Edmonds is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and provide an engaged, customer-first experience. The role involves building relationships, providing store presentation support, and possessing drive and self-motivation.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, and/or a combination of applicable experience in a comparable brand environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • A self-starter who can effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and is customer service focused.
  • Proficient in general computer, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and retain details around new, unfamiliar proprietary systems.
  • Able to perform point of sales functions, including register and cash handling.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
  • Ability to use step stools and/or ladders of varying sizes to reach inventory in stock room.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
