Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join their team. As a Sales Associate, you will be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer, creating a welcoming environment, and staying informed about trends to share with customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to build constructive and effective relationships within store
  • Demonstrates an ability to communicate positively with store associates at all levels
  • Must exercise independent judgment and discretion partnering with Store Sales Manager as needed
  • Strong working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights, weekends and extended hours
