Part-Time Sales Associate

As a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience, help customers design products to fit their style and space, and achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators. You will actively engage with customers, provide attentive service, and build customer loyalty. You will also maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards and oversee store operations.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include actively engaging with customers, achieving personal sales goals, providing attentive service, building customer loyalty, and maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing store. You will also be responsible for conducting customer outreach, resolving customer issues, and utilizing company tools and sales data to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High-School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive business and customer data
• Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position or be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
