Actively engage with customers using our Lovesac selling techniques. Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators. Provides attentive service to all customers and builds customer loyalty.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
