Role OverviewAs a Lovesac Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming and engaging in-store experience, help customers design products to fit their style and space, and achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators. You will actively engage with customers, provide attentive service, and build customer loyalty. You will also demonstrate a strong understanding of product knowledge and effectively demo, assist, and educate customers.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include actively engaging with customers, achieving personal sales goals, providing attentive service, and building customer loyalty. You will also guide the customer from first interest to purchase, conduct customer outreach, and quickly identify and resolve customer issues.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- High-School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience
- Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds)
