As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting with customers, delivering remarkable results, and helping people design products that fit their lifestyle and space. What You Will Do

You will greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion. You will also take ownership of your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Ability to regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
• Ability to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Ability to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy, and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property
