Part-Time Sales Associate

As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Lovesac, you will be responsible for delivering remarkable results, building genuine connections with customers, and representing the Lovesac brand with integrity. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment where every interaction counts, adapting quickly and showing up with a positive mindset.

What You Will Do

Your main responsibilities will include greeting clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion. You will also own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
• Ability to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
• Ability to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions and handling sensitive business and customer data
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
