What You Will Do
You will greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion. You will drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.

Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
- Ability to regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights
- Ability to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support
- Ability to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position
- Ability to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor
