The retail salesperson will be committed to providing an exceptional Lids experience, maintaining product presentations, and being a subject matter expert in products and services.

Requirements

  • Generate revenue
  • Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
  • Control costs
  • Protect the company's assets within the guidelines of LIDS retail
  • Participate in store inventory management
