Job Description
We are seeking a part-time sales associate to help generate revenue, achieve company goals, and provide exceptional customer service in our retail stores. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for up to 100% of the time.

Requirements

  • Generate revenue
  • Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code
  • Control costs
  • Protect the company's assets within the guidelines of LIDS retail
  • Participate in store inventory management, including processing shipments and returns
  • Assistance in the correct and timely counting of products
  • Support and follow all LIDS retail policies, procedures and principles
  • Perform other assigned tasks
