Job Description
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing the best shoe store experience for every customer, creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture, and taking on additional responsibilities to drive sales and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate direction set by the store manager
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Associates on selling and operational processes
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role
  • Basic computer skills
