We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our Famous Footwear store in Manhattan, Kansas. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive and proactive mindset. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training associates on selling and operational processes, and working a flexible schedule that includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
  • Basic computer skills
