Job Description
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will provide the best shoe store experience for every customer by creating a welcoming environment and in-store culture. You will inspire teammates, elevate sales, and connect with customers to build engaging experiences. You will also take pride in executing additional responsibilities and sharing knowledge about trends with the store team and customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule includes holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours
  • Basic computer skills
