Job Description
As a Famous Footwear Sales Lead, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming store environment, inspiring team members, and driving sales. You will also be responsible for managing daily store operations, including pricing, inventory, and customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
  • Basic computer skills
