Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to provide a welcoming environment and exceptional customer service, drive sales, and take on additional responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Has a High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
