Job Description
Famous Footwear is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to create a welcoming environment and in-store culture where customers say, “I’ll take it” and are loyal to the store, our brands, and our company. The successful candidate will be passionate about providing the best shoe store experience for every customer and will be responsible for inspiring that Famous Feeling, elevating sales, and being a shoe-off.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Proficient working knowledge of general retail practices and procedures
  • Some retail store management experience or relevant management experience in lieu
  • Previous experience being on a team and motivating others to accomplish a goal
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and meet availability requirements of the role
