The Sales Lead is responsible for providing direction to a team of associates, modeling Experience First behaviors, and achieving store sales goals. The role involves guiding, supporting, and directing a team, as well as providing feedback to management. As a Bear Builder, the Sales Lead will provide exceptional Guest service and uphold operational excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move around for duration of shift
