Job Description
The Sales Lead role is a part-time position responsible for providing exceptional Guest service, guiding a team of associates, and achieving sales goals. As a Floor Leader on Duty, the Sales Lead will model Experience First behaviors and provide feedback to the management team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Availability to work 15-25 hours per week
  • Build-A-Bear store associate experience
  • Associate’s (or higher) degree in business, management, or a related field
