Role OverviewThe Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. They assume leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.

Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
