Role OverviewThis part-time Sales Team Leader position will function as a front-line member of the Retail Store Leadership Team at our Alamo Quarry Market location in San Antonio, TX. The role involves assisting store management with in-store supervision, providing effective leadership to associates, and displaying the highest level of customer service in all areas.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, resolving guest issues, monitoring and approving guest returns, and utilizing the GUESTS program when interacting with guests. The leader will also prepare and review supply orders, perform leadership responsibilities for store opening and closing duties, and provide leadership and training to associates.

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
