Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the company mission statement, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and providing legendary service to guests. The role involves greeting guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
