Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Responsibilities include sales generation, guest service, visual merchandise management, and operations.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Help Guests try on or fit merchandise
  • Check out and bag purchases
  • Prepare merchandise for alterations
  • Knowledgeable of all exchange and return procedures for Guests
  • Maintain and build good Guest relationships
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle’s customer service expectations
