The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing operational tasks. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales goals set by store management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop teammates
  • Present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times creating a positive floor culture
