Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the company mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests, generating sales, and performing various tasks assigned by Store Management.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and consistently provide legendary service to each Guest.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise and recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
