Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions about the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Help guests try on or fit merchandise
  • Check out and bag purchases
  • Prepare merchandise for alterations
  • Fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily
  • Meet or above performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
