Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests, generating sales, and performing various tasks assigned by Store Management. Essential duties include greeting Guests, answering questions, recommending merchandise, and maintaining knowledge of sales and promotions.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend and select merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in top four areas: Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and the register area
  • Help Guests try on or fit merchandise
  • Check out and bag purchases
  • Prepare merchandise for alterations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable store to fulfill Buckle's mission statement
