The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the company's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests and performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs by suggesting additional items
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Buckle's customer service expectations
  • Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude at all times
  • Present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales and achieve optimum merchandise turn
  • Work with other Teammates and Guests to identify product improvements and new product ideas
