Job Description
The Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to Guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and maintaining a positive floor culture.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
  • Help Guests try on or fit merchandise, check out and bag purchases, prepare merchandise for alterations, and fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily to accomplish goals.
