Role OverviewThe Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement: 'To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by Store Management.
What You Will Do
Sales Teammates will greet Guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. They will also perform tasks such as cashiering, merchandise display and pulls, and routine cleaning of facilities.

Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
