Role OverviewThe Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement: 'To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by Store Management.
What You Will Do
Greet Guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, recommend merchandise, and provide legendary service throughout the store. Achieve personal sales goals, maintain knowledge of sales and promotions, and perform leadership actions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
No prior experience or training required. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to stand, walk, and lift 30lbs throughout the store and backroom.
