Role OverviewThe Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement: 'To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.' Sales Teammates perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management.
What You Will Do
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and provide legendary service to each Guest. Answer questions, recommend merchandise, and maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily, including sales generation, guest service, and visual merchandise management. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and jump
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30lbs throughout the store and backroom
