Job Description
The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and contributing to a positive team spirit.

Requirements

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store in areas such as the Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area
