The Sales Teammate position is responsible for fulfilling the company mission by providing legendary service to guests, generating sales, and performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly attitude
  • Answer questions about the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend and locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies, and security practices
  • Achieve personal sales and total net sales goals
  • Provide legendary service throughout the store
  • Help guests try on or fit merchandise
  • Check out and bag purchases
  • Fill out and effectively use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG)
  • Meet or exceed performance standards in all Buckle business builders and guest loyalty
