The Sales Teammate position's primary responsibility is to fulfill Buckle's mission statement by providing legendary service to guests, performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks, and maintaining a positive team spirit.

Requirements

  • Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
  • Recommend and help locate merchandise based on guest needs and desires
  • Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices
