Role OverviewThis part-time senior accounting associate role will support the global accounting, shared services (AP/AR), tax, and finance teams through project-based work, including parental leave backfills and month-end closes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, agile, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to provide hands-on support to the accounting team.
What You Will Do
Assist with invoicing, freight, and inventory processing, accounts receivable/payable functions, accounts payable system implementations, daily operational accounting for Mass Retail and DTC channels, monthly close, reconciliations, creating adjusting journal entries, analyzing margin, and building strong relationships within the accounting and finance teams.

Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in an accounting or audit function
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX
- Active CPA license, or pursuing, is a plus
- CPG, retail, manufacturing, or e-commerce experience is a plus
- Experience in accounts payable is a plus
- Experience with SAP/S4 is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
