Hotel Citrine is a vibrant, design-forward hotel in Palo Alto where sustainability, style, and Silicon Valley spirit converge. We are seeking a Part time Server – Weekends to lead guests through a curated and memorable dining experience.

Requirements

  • Available to work Friday – Sunday
  • Excel in fast-paced, high-touch dining environments
  • Possess a confident, welcoming presence and strong communication skills
  • Are deeply knowledgeable in upscale food and beverage service, including wine and spirit pairings
  • Take ownership of the guest experience and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Move with intention, elegance, and urgency
  • Bring prior serving experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end service environments
  • Are reliable, polished, and team-oriented
  • Can lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
