Role OverviewThe Server provides dining room service to residents and guests in accordance with service standards, and also assists with the set up and cleaning of the dining room.
What You Will Do
Serve food and beverages to residents and guests, answer questions about the menu, prepare tables for meals, clean tables after residents and guests have finished dining, perform general cleaning duties, and ensure residents receive appropriate food choices for any special dietary needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to read, speak, and understand English at a 12th grade level or higher.
Requirements
- High school or GED equivalent
- One year of experience as a server
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to read, speak, and understand English at a 12th grade level or higher
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
