Role OverviewWe are seeking a part-time Silver Sneakers Exercise Instructor to teach at the Schalmo Family YMCA in Canal Fulton, OH. The instructor will teach classes every other Monday morning and every Tuesday morning, with the possibility of filling in at other locations as needed.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include greeting members with enthusiasm, designing class formats, serving as a good role model, communicating with team members, and addressing difficult situations using the YMCA Character Values as a guide.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be willing to specialize in the senior population, and have certification from a nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency.
Requirements
