Role Overview

Tandy Therapy is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our growing pediatric therapy team. This is a great opportunity for an SLPA who loves working with children, enjoys building meaningful relationships with families, and wants to be part of a collaborative team of therapists. As an SLPA at Tandy Therapy, you will provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).

What You Will Do

Provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients under the direction and supervision of an SLP. Work with children with a variety of communication and developmental needs, follow individualized treatment plans, and support progress toward established goals. Accurately document treatment sessions and client progress, and communicate regularly with supervising SLPs regarding client progress, concerns, and needs.
