Role OverviewJoin our team as a Part-Time Stationary Engineer (3rd Shift) and be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of equipment during your watch. You will operate and maintain systems that provide services such as heat, air-conditioning, refrigeration, and electricity. You will observe and interpret readings on gauges, meters, and charts, and adjust controls to ensure safe and efficient operation.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include operating and maintaining equipment, observing and interpreting readings, and adjusting controls. You will also direct and coordinate activities of other workers and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or state-recognized GED
- Active Maryland 1st Grade Stationary Engineers License
- Willingness to work 3rd shift (Friday 11pm-7am, Saturday 11pm-7am)
- Ability to work a minimum of 3 weekends a month
- Proven electro-mechanical aptitude
- User PC/software skills
- Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Schneider Electric Controls
- Knowledge of control programming and graphics
- Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, and temperature controls
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
