Job Description
Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker. Operate the registers or other machinery, stock shelves, keep stores looking their best, and serve customers.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
  • Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
  • Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store appearance
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
  • Follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
  • Operate machinery and follow all safety procedures
