Job Description

Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience in a collaborative team environment as an ALDI Cashier or Stocker.

Requirements

Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leader
Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility
Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
Stock shelves and rotate product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer
Follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays
Operate machinery and follow all safety procedures
Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards
Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Effective time management
Knowledge of products and services of the company
Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
Ability to operate equipment safely and properly, including electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler
