Job Description
Enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience as a Part-Time Store Cashier or Stocker. Perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including operating registers, stocking shelves, and serving customers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to direct leader.
  • Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility.
  • Processes customer purchases, performs general cleaning duties, stocks shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provides exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience.
  • Provides feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
  • Participates in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy.
  • Adheres to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Stocks shelves and rotates product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for the customer.
  • Follows merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays.
  • Organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes.
  • Operates machinery and follows all safety procedures.
